What does it actually cost?
ESL is priced per label and per store, driven by label count, size mix and how much integration work your EPOS needs. Displays are priced per unit, driven by quantity, materials and finish. Both are quoted after a survey, and the quote separates hardware, labour and aftercare so you can see what you are paying for.
Timing
How long from order to trading?
A single display runs from brief to installed in weeks; an ESL estate is scheduled store by store, with the integration done once up front and each store fitted overnight. We commit to store dates at quote stage, not after.
Failure
What happens in year three?
Spares and replacement labels are held in Ireland, not shipped from abroad when something breaks. Failed units are swapped and the platform reports which labels stopped confirming, so faults surface before a customer finds them.
Support
Is there a service contract?
Yes, and it is optional. First-line support is answered here. You can hold spares yourself and call us for callouts, or put a scheduled maintenance visit in place — both are priced separately from the rollout.
Minimums
Is there a minimum order?
For displays, no fixed minimum, but the economics change sharply with volume: one-offs carry the full tooling and setup, while a run of fifty spreads it. We will tell you which side of that line you are on before you commit.
Systems
Do we have to change our EPOS?
No. Your pricing system stays where it is and we connect to it, by API where one exists or by scheduled file where it does not. Nothing about how your team sets prices needs to change.
