Terms and conditions

These conditions of sale govern goods and services supplied by Displayify.

General

Displayify accepts orders and quotations under these conditions. A contract is established upon acceptance of an order, either in writing or by processing. Any invalid provisions will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

Applicability

These Conditions apply to all contracts between Displayify and the Customer, excluding all other terms and conditions. No variation shall be effective unless agreed in writing.

Pricing

Prices are as stated in Displayify’s catalogue at the date of Goods dispatch, excluding VAT. Displayify reserves the right to alter prices due to exchange rate fluctuations or other causes beyond its control.

Delivery

Delivery occurs at the Customer’s premises unless otherwise agreed. Minimum carriage charge of €15.00 applies. Goods are delivered with reputable Parcel Services and Hauliers at the Customer’s expense.

Risk

The risk in the goods passes to the Customer on delivery.

Payment

Payment in advance is required for new Customers until an account is set up. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing. Displayify reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

Warranty

Displayify warrants that all goods shall be of satisfactory quality and conform to any agreed specification in writing. Liability is limited to replacement of goods or reimbursement of the price paid by the Customer.

Returns

Defective goods should be returned to Displayify at the Customer’s expense. Written authorisation is required. Returns of non-faulty goods are subject to a 10% handling charge and return carriage at the Customer’s expense.

Loss in transit

Loss or damage during transit must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Displayify must be indemnified if proper notice is not given.

Title

Goods remain Displayify’s property until payment in full is received.

Force majeure

Displayify is not liable for failure to deliver or any delay or damage due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Intellectual property

All rights are reserved. No part of this publication, including text, photographs and drawings, may be partly or wholly reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, translated or amended without the written authorisation of CHendricken Enterprise Ltd. The patents and brand names used in this publication are protected; neither the presence nor the absence of a trademark designation should affect this protection. Reproduction of colour in illustrations cannot be guaranteed.
