This notice explains what happens to personal data you give us through this website. Displayify is the data controller. You can reach us at info@displayify.ie or +353 1 564 8750.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, company, email address and phone number you enter, along with the project details and any file you choose to attach. We do not collect anything else about you through this site, and we do not ask for payment details here.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to one, to quote for and deliver the work. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to a business enquiry you initiated — or the performance of a contract where we go on to supply you.
Who sees it
Enquiries are emailed to our own team. The site is hosted by Vercel and enquiry emails are delivered by Resend, both acting as processors on our instructions. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up a conversation you return to. Where we supply you, records are kept for as long as Irish tax and company law requires.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@displayify.ie and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Where your data is held
Our processors may store data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
