Dulux Weathershield

A paint range that needed a home in two very different parts of the store — a browsing gondola end and a pallet drop in the paint department.

01THE BRIEF

Two jobs, one range.

Weathershield needed to work as a considered purchase and as a volume drop. We took both to concept rather than choosing for the client, so the buying team could see the trade-off between footprint and facings side by side.

02THE BUILD

Powder-coated steel, because it lives outdoors.

Exterior paint is heavy and the tins are handled hard. A folded and welded steel structure carries the load without deflection, and powder coat takes the knocks that a printed board would show within a week.

03THE RESULT

A gondola end you can shop from either side.

The finished gondola end puts colour selection at eye level with stock beneath it, so a shopper can compare and lift from the same position. Installed by our own crew.
