One estate, four different shelf edges.
Electrical retail is not one shelf edge. A phone accessory on a hook needs a tag small enough not to cover the product; a dishwasher needs a card carrying model number, energy rating, price and monthly finance. DID needed both, plus everything between, driven from one price file.

Four Hanshow formats were specified against the range rather than the store: the smallest for hooks and accessory pegs, mid formats for shelf runs, and 7.5 inch cards for large appliances. Every one runs on the same platform and the same battery expectation, so there is one system to manage, not four.

Twenty-four stores, one price file.
Integration was done once, then each store surveyed, fitted and commissioned in turn until the whole estate was live. Staff training went in with the install. Prices now move nationally from one file, and the large-format cards carry NFC so a shopper can tap for the full specification.
